Shipping/Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The standard shipping rates for each country are listed below:

• US standard shipping (3-4 days) and express shipping (1-2 days) are both available and calculated at checkout based on your address and weight. 
• Canadian standard shipping rate and speed are calculated at checkout based on your address. Express shipping is available.
• United Kingdom standard shipping rate and speed are calculated at checkout based on your address. Express shipping is available.

Return Policy:

While our desire is that you’ll never have to return anything, we understand that sometimes it’s necessary. If you need to return something, you have 28 days upon receiving your item(s) to request a return.

Below are the steps to request a return or exchange:

1. Email us at info@renewedbylove.com with your order number and reasoning within 30 days upon receiving your item(s).
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with shipping instructions. For all shipments that we made an error on, we will pay for shipping; otherwise, customer will pay for shipping. 
3. In order to receive a full refund or exchange, please note that the item(s) must be in the same condition you received it (tags attached, in its original packaging, and unworn).

Damages/Defects:

If you find any defects, or if your item(s) is damaged, please reach out to us immediately (within 5 days of receiving) at info@renewedbylove.com with photos so we can quickly resolve the issue.
